Cleaning Standards

Our property management and services follow international standards for ISO star hotels.

A cleaning checklist has been designed based on this standard, and the rental agreement signed by all tenants contains "several clauses for complying with the cleaning rules."

Our LAN filters the Internet, making only limited network resources accessible and only allowing access to whitelisted web apps.

Anyone who attempts to access prohibited Internet content through technical means will be fined, given a warning, or even asked to leave the apartment, unless there is a legitimate reason why they must access prohibited Internet content.
